ALL ACCESS PRIVACY POLICY

Please read this privacy policy carefully.

These terms apply to all users of the information and instruction given on the ALL ACCESS website and to all the users of the services offered through the ALL ACCESS FITNESS website.

We at All ACCESS FITNESS are committed to protecting our users’ private information.

Personal and private user information is collected through the ALL ACCESS website and or given directly to your personal trainer before, during and after each personal training session.

Training sessions are in the form of one on one private sessions or group sessions ( 2 or more participants). Private/Personal information is taken for the sole purposes of:

1) Creating personal health and wellness programs for the individual participant.

2) Preventing injury

3) Improving upon the basal health profile of the individual  participant.

4)  Ensuring that each participant(s)’ health is positively impacted and improved.

Personal and private information will not be exchanged or discussed by or between anyone other than the participants’ of ALL ACCESS FITNESS programs and their ALL ACCESS trainer.
If permission is given by the ALL ACCESS participant to communicate with their personal doctor(s), this permission will be in written as well as verbal form.
Personal/Private information will not be shared in any other manner or instance.

Therefore:

1) Only the personal doctor of the ALL ACCESS FITNESS participant,  the ALL ACCESS FITNESS trainer and the ALL ACCESS participant will discuss or process personal  participant(s) data.

2) Personal data will be collected/requested on the website if a client intends to engage in the programs offered by ALL ACCESS FITNESS.

3) Programs will not be engaged in or booked if the basic amount of health information is not submitted. This information will be seen only by the ALL ACCESS trainer and processed by the individual participant and trainer.

4) Mandatory information includes but is not exclusive to:
  Basic general health information
  Age
  Gender
  Payment information

5) We will store information as a reference guide in order to ensure progress, maintain clarity and objectivity in the participant(s)’ progress.
