I began working with Madeline in 2019. At the time, I had no idea what a great decision that turned out to be. On the physical side, I’ve lost 40 lbs, decreased BMI, and increased overall muscle. My goals were and continue to be tone, balance and strength. Three years into it my left knee has healed after surgery although my right knee is now giving me heck, I find I am stronger overall which in turn helps with the balance, my muscles are more defined slowly toning years of neglect. I look forward to my class never knowing what the theme, pace or intensity will be as no two classes have ever been the same. Talk about keeping your interest.
