Introduction to Pocket Packages.

Making the decision to make Pocket Packages a part of your weekly routine is a smart and progressive decision. Here is what you receive when you sign up:

Weekly Meditations:
These help you to start your day with intention, calm and power. Think of your meditation as a way to dress yourself mentally before facing your day. Takes 3 to 5 minutes.

Mobility and Strength movements:
These will take 5 to 10 minutes. It is a mobility and strength exercise that affects your entire body. You are encouraged to practice this after you meditate.

Chants/Mantras:
This is a phrase or word that should be repeated throughout your day. Write it down or memorize it. As you say it, create vibrations in your body so that the healing spreads throughout your body and mind. It is meant to fill you with Power, Positivity and Peace.

Evening Meditation:
This is intended to help you transition to your home state of mind. It’s your metaphorical house clothing, shaking off the stress of the day. 3 to 5 minutes.

Allow these packages to supplement what you already practice, act as a starter for greater practice or simply be your practice during your week. All up to you!
