30 minute session provides mental as well as physical training in a more intense shorter format. Mental training involves visualization, intuition and intention harvesting. Besides basic strength and flexibility work, physical training involves the abc’s of fitness: agility, balance and coordination training.
60 minute session provides mental as well as physical training in the same manner as the 30 minute session. By virtue of the length of time, endurance training is built in to the 60 minute sessions.
