Pocket Packages

30 minute session provides mental as well as physical training in a more intense shorter format. Mental training involves visualization, intuition and intention harvesting. Besides basic strength and flexibility work, physical training involves the abc’s of fitness: agility, balance and coordination training.

60 minute session provides mental as well as physical training in the same manner as the 30 minute session.  By virtue of the length of time, endurance training is built in to the 60 minute sessions.

Movement Reminders

Use visualization, short moments, to keep you going and positioned on your journey.
The greater the challenge, the more you should smile.
Pay attention to your breathing as you move. Practice smooth, steady, calm breathing.
Take a few minutes before you begin to set your intention.
Move in a slow, controlled, intentional manner.
Speak to yourself out loud or in your head. Pay attention to speak positive, supportive words.
